Harvested from Mountadam’s eastern vineyards, this traditionally made Pinot Gris displays delicate apple, pear and guava aromas and classic textural characters.

Tasting Notes: The Pinot Gris fruit was harvested entirely from Block 30 on Estates Eastern Vineyard which was an extremely low yielding block in 2023. Harvested on the 20thof March 2023 using a selective destemming harvester in the cool of the night.
Treated oxidatively and pressed at 570L/T, this wine was crafted using only the free run juice with very light pressings to add depth, flavour and texture to achieve a true Gris style. The juices were cold settled and racked to stainless steel and fermented cool through to dryness.
