About This Wine
This Chinese sake is brewed using high-quality qingjiu rice from Northeast China and weakly alkaline mineral water. The rice is polished by removing 15% of the outer layer, retaining 85% of the rice core.
It adopts a constant temperature koji-making process and undergoes fermentation at 13°C for 30 days in a low-temperature environment to fully develop rice-driven flavour.
