A 10-year-old Tasmanian single malt drawn from Cask Nº TD0582. Filled on 16 May 2015 and decanted on 19 January 2026 after 10 years and 8 months, the whisky matured in a single American oak ex-Bourbon cask. This maturation complements Sullivans Cove’s distinctive fruit-forward spirit with layers of vanilla, caramel, coconut, fruit and delicate floral and herbal notes. The cask yielded only 289 bottles at 46% ABV.
