About This Whisky

Dingle Inaugural 10 Year Old Single Malt is the distillery’s first age statement release, matured for a decade in a combination of Bourbon (65%), Port (30%), and Pedro Ximénez sherry (5%) casks. Triple distilled and shaped by Dingle’s Atlantic coastal climate, this expression is bottled without chill filtration or added colouring, showcasing the distillery’s craft approach to Irish single malt whiskey.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Topaz

Nose: Rich waves of dark fruits and stewed plums.

Palate: Ginger nut biscuit and Black Forest gâteau evolve into warm butterscotch, delicate orange blossom and baking spices.

Finish: Warm butterscotch, delicate orange blossom and baking spices.

About the Distillery

Dingle Distillery was founded in 2012 on Ireland’s western coast in County Kerry and is one of the pioneers of the modern Irish whiskey revival.
