About the Winery
Juliard Wines is a project founded by Jules and Bernard Morey, launched with the 2018 vintage and based in Beechworth, Victoria. The name “Juliard” combines their names and reflects a partnership grounded in both tradition and fresh ideas.
The wines are made at the Sorrenberg winery, a site closely connected to the Moreys’ winemaking background. Alongside sourcing fruit for current releases, the couple is developing their own vineyard at Sorrenberg’s Bindarra block.
Their approach emphasises minimal intervention in the winery and close attention to vineyard work, with a focus on sustainability and biodynamic practices.
