Sourced from carefully selected estate vineyards across the Mornington Peninsula, the 2024 vintage benefited from a long and moderate growing season, allowing for slow ripening and excellent flavour development while preserving natural acidity and aromatic freshness. The maritime climate and diverse soils contribute to the wine’s balance, complexity, and finesse.

In the winery, fruit was hand-harvested and fermented in small batches with gentle extraction to preserve purity and texture. A portion of whole bunches was included to enhance aromatic lift and structure, while maturation in French oak barrels added subtle complexity without overshadowing the fruit.
