The 2022 Sons of Eden 'Remus' Old Vine Shiraz is sourced from three dry-grown vineyards of 80+ year-old vines in Eden Valley. Crafted only in outstanding vintages, it is the elegant counterpart to the winery's Romulus Shiraz, expressing the cooler climate and higher elevation of Eden Valley with remarkable purity and finesse.

Vibrant aromas of wild berries and subtle sweet spice lead into a generous palate of juicy dark cherry, complex dried herbal notes and enduring silky tannins. Matured for 18 months in 60% new French oak hogsheads, the wine is refined, balanced and built for graceful ageing.

An excellent partner to roast lamb, venison, grilled beef and mature hard cheeses. Enjoy now with decanting or cellar through to 2035.
