Tasting Notes
Rich and fruity with aromas of blackberry, plum, and other dark berries. After swirling, the glass reveals complex toasty notes from oak barrel aging, such as smoky hints, pine leaves, cool mint, and roasted nuts, creating multiple layers of aroma. The palate is round, full, and juicy, with supple tannins and a balanced structure. Mellow and smooth in texture, it delivers a long, elegant finish and shows strong varietal typicity.
Aging Time
Aged for 18 months, using 70% French oak barrels and 30% American oak barrels, with 30% new and 70% old barrels.
Serving Temperature
Best served at 15℃–18℃. For optimal enjoyment, open and decant the wine for more than 30 minutes before drinking.
