These ungrafted Grenache vines yield grapes meticulously handpicked and undergo whole-bunch fermentation in open vats. After maturation in aged French barrels on lees, the wine is thoughtfully racked and bottled as a limited-edition cuvée.
Alcohol ABV: 13.5%
