Vineyard and Winemaking
Sourced from low-yielding, mature Semillon vines in the Barossa Valley, the fruit was handpicked in the cool of the morning to preserve natural acidity. Whole-bunch pressing and cool fermentation in stainless steel maintained aromatic clarity. The wine then rested briefly on fine lees to build texture and palate length without compromising freshness.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of lemon blossom, white peach, and fresh herbs lead into subtle notes of lanolin and honeycomb that will develop with age.
