Revered for its low-yielding old vines and deep-rooted character, this Cabernet delivers concentration, elegance, and age-worthiness in perfect harmony.
Vintage & Winemaking
The 2021 growing season was near-perfect, with moderate weather and long ripening periods that produced small, intensely flavoured berries. Hand-picked and matured for 24 months in 100% new French oak, the wine is built for structure and finesse.

This wine will age gracefully for 15–20+ years. Best paired with premium cuts of beef, lamb rack, or truffle risotto. Decanting is recommended in its youth.
