A white wine made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes cultivated in the Premier Cru Les Beauroys vineyard in Chablis, with fermentation and aging for 9 months, 30% of which takes place in French oak barrels. It impresses with its electric acidity and taut texture, enveloping fresh-profiled white and tropical fruits, followed by floral, herbal, and white spice notes, all confirmed on the palate. Full of layers of aromas and flavors, it boasts a refined and vertical finish with citrus, buttery, smoky, pineapple, dried fruit, and umami touches. A remarkable edition of this wine, with great potential to improve over the next 10 years. Alcohol 12%.
