About This Wine
An aperitif-style sparkling wine made with early-picked fruit, particularly Chardonnay, to preserve lively acidity and freshness. The wine spent more than four years on lees, contributing depth and complexity while retaining vibrancy.
A slow vintage resulted in particularly intense acids and flavours, expressed through a focused, fresh profile designed to age gracefully both on release and in the cellar.
Producer Tasting Notes
The nose shows green apple, gooseberry and dry lemon zest, with hints of grassiness and lees-derived brioche. The palate delivers racy, zingy acidity with a creamy, sherbety mousse that remains lively. Fruit flavours are clean, delicate and well-integrated. Try with oysters.
