Vigneron Adrian Hoffmann and winemaker Chris Ringland have collaborated for over 25 years to create the signature Hoffmann Vineyard labels: Reservation Shiraz, North Barossa Shiraz, Dimchurch Shiraz, and Hoffmann Vineyard Shiraz.
Occasionally, a particular Shiraz vineyard from the 12 local growers contributing to Chris Ringland Reservation is highlighted. Doris Block allows us to showcase the complexity and unique traits of the vintage. During barrel tastings, Adrian and I might choose to bottle a small quantity of these exceptional lots as a standalone offering.
