About This Wine
This Chinese sake is brewed using high-quality qingjiu rice and mountain spring water from Northeast China, with a rice polishing ratio of 50%, retaining only the core essence of the rice.
It adopts a constant temperature koji-making process, fermenting at 13°C for 45 days, followed by low-temperature aging for more than 3 months before bottling.
