About This Wine

Majella Minuet NV Sparkling is an aperitif-style sparkling wine crafted from small, carefully selected parcels of Riesling fruit from the estate’s Riesling block.

Made using the bottle-fermented méthode traditionelle process, the wine is designed to deliver a very fine bead, great mouthfeel, and a long, complex finish.

The name “Minuet” references the traditional French social dance and its accompanying musical form.

Colour: Pale straw with a delicate, persistent bead

Bouquet: Aromatics of fresh apple, citrus, and honeydew

Palate: Crisp and lively with bright acidity and a clean, elegant finish

When to Drink: Best enjoyed fresh and young, but will develop lovely toast aromas with bottle age
