Overview

The 2025 Maison Saint Aix AIX Rosé is a dry Provence rosé from the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence. Made from Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, it captures the pale colour, freshness and effortless elegance that define modern Provençal rosé.

Maison Saint Aix sits at one of the higher points of the appellation, where limestone-rich soils, cooling Mistral winds and cool nights help preserve aromatic lift and natural freshness.

Vintage & Winemaking

The 2025 vintage was one of the earliest in Maison Saint Aix's history, with harvest beginning on 27 August and finishing on 25 September. Warm conditions and careful vineyard work produced healthy fruit with strong balance and clarity.

For 2025, the estate introduced a renovated chilling system, allowing juices to be cold-settled at 0°C before fermentation. Each variety was vinified separately before blending to preserve precision, finesse and texture.
