Producer Notes

Bright cherry-ruby in colour, our single vineyard Gamay opens with an expressive nose of juicy red cherry, wild raspberry, and a hint of strawberry compote. Subtle floral notes- think violets and rose petals- lift the aromatics, while a touch of white pepper adds gentle intrigue.

On the palate, it’s light to medium-bodied with a silky texture and lively acidity. Red berry flavours lead the way, supported by a gentle backbone of acidity, giving a refreshing line and great drinkability. Fine, supple tannins that give just the right amount of structure to hold everything in balance.
