M de Minuty is a crisp, refined Côtes de Provence Rosé from Château Minuty. Blending Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Tibouren, the 2025 vintage offers fragrant citrus and white-fruit character, a supple texture and the freshness associated with classic Provence Rosé.

The wine opens with citrus aromas led by pink grapefruit and lemon, followed by white peach, melon and delicate red fruits. Floral nuances add aromatic depth, while the palate is lively and precise, combining freshness, fine texture and a subtle mineral character through the long, clean and saline finish.
