Winemaking
Hand-harvested fruit was whole-bunch pressed to French oak barriques (30% new), followed by natural fermentation and partial malolactic conversion. The wine spent 10 months on lees with minimal stirring, enhancing mouthfeel and complexity while maintaining purity and tension.
