Vineyard
Sourced from a selection of premium Barossa Valley vineyard sites, Bella’s Garden benefits from a diversity of elevations, soil profiles, and vine ages. Deep red-brown loams over clay, ironstone-rich soils, and warmer valley-floor parcels contribute layers of intensity and plush fruit weight. Many of the vines are low-yielding and dry-grown, enhancing concentration and natural tannin structure. Each vineyard block is vinified separately before final selection for the blend.

Vintage
The 2022 vintage in the Barossa Valley was shaped by a mild growing season with excellent retention of natural acidity. A cool start, followed by warm, dry conditions during late summer, produced Shiraz of exceptional purity, vibrant fruit, and balanced tannins. Lower yields resulted in wines with concentration without excess ripeness — a standout year delivering both freshness and depth.

Winemaking
The fruit was hand-picked and fermented in small open vats with regular pump-overs and gentle extraction.
