About This Wine

The Last Warrior White is produced by Silver Heights in Ningxia, China. The Last Warrior Collection pays tribute to the fighting spirit of Ningxia’s people and reflects a terroir shaped by high-altitude sunshine, cool evening breezes, and mineral-rich soils layered with mountain stones and river silt.

Silver Heights manages its vines organically and adopted biodynamic viticulture from 2017.

Tasting Notes

Pleasant grass, lemon and grapefruit, with peach and apricot accents. Lively and juicy acidity, light-bodied with mild phenolic texture, finishing long with orange peel.
