“Pale straw with a slight flash of green. Aromas of lime, Meyer lemon, yellow plum and green apple along with hints of drying hay, crushed riverstone, lemon curd, pressed wildflowers, poaching quince and a whiff of marzipan. Rich with a light toasty facet, pithy Meyer lemon, tight acidity and a long, dry, savoury draw on the finish.”

About This Wine

Made to celebrate Moorilla’s 60th anniversary, this small-batch Riesling was foot-crushed and wild fermented, expressing both classical structure and site-driven character.

Extended lees contact contributes texture and depth, balancing vibrant acidity and a saline, focused finish that lingers.
