Vintage & Winemaking

The 2021 growing season delivered excellent ripening conditions across Mornington Peninsula, producing fruit with outstanding purity, concentration and natural balance. The mature estate vines, planted in 1985, yielded intensely flavoured berries while retaining vibrant acidity and aromatic lift, creating an elegant yet structured Pinot Noir built for long-term cellaring.

Fruit was hand harvested from the original estate vineyard before undergoing small-batch fermentation. The wine was matured in French oak barriques, allowing the vineyard's character to remain the focal point while adding subtle texture, spice and complexity.
