The blend typically comprises Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot, sourced entirely from Mount Mary’s estate vineyards. The 2018 vintage delivered excellent growing conditions in the Yarra Valley, allowing slow, even ripening and resulting in fruit with outstanding purity, fine tannins, and natural acidity—hallmarks of great cool-climate Bordeaux-style wines.

Winemaking follows a traditional, low-intervention approach.
