Rockford Home Block Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 is a single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the estate's one-and-a-half acre Home Block in the Barossa Valley.
Each year, friends from Adelaide's restaurant and retail trade assist with harvesting the Cabernet Sauvignon fruit from the Home Block vineyard before the grapes are processed through the Bagshaw crusher.
The wine is aged in an array of oak for two and a half years prior to bottling in magnums.
Produced in limited quantities, those involved in the harvest are offered first access to the small amount available.
