Rockford Basket Press Shiraz is no exception, a high-quality Shiraz, and made in the classic Barossa Valley region style. Expect a classic Rockford taste, typical of many Red from Barossa Valley, yet distinctive and instantly recognizable as Rockford.
Critic tasting note: (2001 vintage) "Closed on the nose, with traces of mint and black pepper showing through. In the mouth, it's subtle, with juicy black plum flavors and a great, lasting grip on the palate. I could be crazy, but is there a Grand Marnier-esque orange liqueur note on the finish?
