Fraser is known for his unwavering commitment to producing high-quality, small-batch Shiraz from the Hoffmann's 'Dallwitz' vineyard in the Barossa Valley. This vineyard boasts some of the oldest vines in Australia, with some dating back to 1888, which Fraser treats with the utmost care and attention.
