Selected fruit was picked during the cool morning hours and carefully placed into small 10kg crates, while larger parcels were mechanically harvested at night to avoid daytime heat and retain freshness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWinemaking\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes underwent gentle crushing before passing through a heat-exchange system that reduced their temperature from as high as 29°C to approximately 7–8°C.
